Our Return Policy in short
- Contact IMELDA'SECRET at email@example.com before returning any items.
- The customer can return the product within 15 days of delivery.
- The product must be in new condition.
- To avoid any Customs charges the customer is advised to have the package clearly marked 'RETURNED GOODS'.

- If a package is unclaimed the customer might have to pay a handling fee.

The customer or a third party indicated by the customer should control the delivery to verify that it is accurate and error free. In case of a return, the customer must contact IMELDA'SECRET with the relevant information and reason for the return.
The product can be returned within 15 days of delivery provided it is in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Customers should make sure to include contact information with the return. IMELDA'SECRET suggests a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.
The 15 days of delivery, start to count from:
1) The day that the costumer or a third party indicated by the customer, with the exception of the carrier, has the physical possession of the product - This applies in the case of single product orders;
2) The day that the costumer or a third party indicated by the customer, with the exception of the carrier, has the physical possession of the last product of the complete order - This applies when there is an order of several products.
The deadline for the return policy can be changed when both parts have an agreement to have a longer return policy. The return costs will be supported by the costumer, except when the reason for the return is a defect of the product.
Only products purchased through IMELDA’SECRET online shop – www.imeldasecret.com - can be returned.

IMELDA'SECRET is not responsible for the return merchandise until it is received at our above mentioned facilities.
IMELDA'SECRET will give a refund of eligible returns. If the customer paid by invoice, please provide us with a bank account number to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to firstname.lastname@example.org along with a brief description of the case.
Returning a Package
If a returned item is shipped internationally, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid any Customs charges. IMELDA'SECRET is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

If the product is lost or, upon reception it is noticeable that the item has been damaged during transport, the customer should immediately report this to us.
For unclaimed packages IMELDA'SECRET reserves the right to charge the customer a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
